Residential jobs are quoted by volume — how much space your items take up. Commercial and contractor jobs are quoted by weight, based on the scope of the work. In every case, a firm price is confirmed in person by one of our crew members; sending photos ahead of time helps us give you an accurate ballpark first.
If your load matches what you described when booking, the quote holds. If the actual volume or weight is significantly different, we'll let you know before proceeding.
Placing items curb-side or in the alley, within easy reach of our truck, can qualify you for a discount — ask when you book.
These typically weigh more, which increases the disposal portion of your quote. We'll always confirm your price before starting.
Not necessarily for curb-side or alley pickups. For full clean-outs or in-home pickups, we ask that someone be available at the start of the job.
Yes — quotes are free and no-obligation. Smaller jobs can often be quoted and completed the same visit; larger jobs get an in-person walkthrough for a firm number.
We haul most household and commercial junk. We cannot accept hazardous materials (chemicals, paint, solvents), asbestos, medical waste, biohazardous materials, or propane tanks. See What We Remove for the kinds of items we pick up.
Bin rentals are priced separately — a flat drop-off/pick-up fee, a daily rental rate, and per-tonne disposal based on actual weight — rather than a job-based quote. See our bin rentals page.
Yes — for most site clean-ups, a few photos of the materials or debris is all we need to get you a quote. Larger-scope projects may warrant an in-person assessment. Returning clients get better rates the more often they book with us.
