Price = truck cost + labour time + dump/disposal fees. We quote in ranges and confirm a firm price on-site. Commercial and contractor work is priced by weight, case by case. Curb-side or alley pick-up within 15 ft of the truck can be 10–15% off depending on size and scope — ask when booking.
Do I need to be home?
Someone needs to be there if the crew has to come inside. If everything is already at the curb or in the alley within 15 ft of the truck, ask about the 10–15% curb-side discount when you book — you do not have to stand by for that pickup once access is confirmed.
What can't you take?
We cannot accept hazardous materials (chemicals, paint, solvents), asbestos, medical waste, biohazardous materials, or propane tanks. Furniture, appliances, household debris, and estate contents are the usual loads. If you are unsure about an item, ask when you request a quote.
